Helen Chan as an over 17yrs experienced Functional Fitness Personal Trainer.   She is focusing in Children, Old age Adult and Post- sport injury group clients during her Trainer career.

Helen mainly focused her training style in Functional training, Rehabilitation and corrective postures training, and dietary recommendation. In order to provide one stop health and wellness Training but also Sports conditioning training.

After training with hundreds of difference age group, Bad back problems and post sport injury cases clients is what she focusing and good at in fitness industry.

Helen got her thought that “Never got only one absolute correct solution for any health problems.”

She always sensibly analysis clients from basic details, e.g. lifestyle, dietary practice, exercise habit or history, body posture, physical ability during training.  In order to set up unique training program to target clients needs. Make a change in her client’s life and shape as her Trainer’s goal.

Ms. Linda Kwok Nurse head of OT department in St. Paul Hospital

Linda, was found got a tumor in her top of femur after a critical surgery in 2007 been suffer from bad back pain and hip joint limited flexion and pain. The surgical recover time rest for 6mths cant get out of bed. . The hip joints needs post hip replacement rehabilitation exercise. I use Gluteal sets exercises that help strengthen the gluteal muscles of the hip. Strong gluteal muscles help in hip extension as well as stabilization of the joint. Also ask her do Straight Leg Raises ,Straight leg raises help strengthen the hip joint. And Heel Slides etc., help her strengthen the quadricep muscles at the hip and the hamstring muslces at the knee.

Inorder to reduce her lower back tension and pain which cause from her loss muscle in hip joint.

John was suffer neck and shoulder pain with sport injury from playing ruby game when he see Helen in 2006, after 4 times correcting exercise training . his pain got control and the range of movement got recover to 90% as he before his injury .

Sonya got Scolisis since she was 10 , got bad back pain and cant standing for more than 2hrs as she feel pain and tired . after 4mths training muscle balance , corrective exercise in gym and swimming pool with Helen . she can enjoy her travel , and house riding class for half day long that she doesn’t feel any pain and tired.
